- Rates, capacity & check-in
- Check-in is 16:00–19:00; check-out is 11:00. Standard tent plans listed on Rakuten Travel accommodate six guests. Confirm the capacity, rates and times of your chosen plan, including group-site plans, when booking.

- Complimentary morning drinks
- Overnight guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea at reception from 8:30 to 11:00.
- Microwave & kettle
- A shared microwave and kettle are available at reception for guests to use freely.
- Games to borrow
- Playing cards, UNO, Catan and other games are available to borrow. Please ask at reception.
- Shop
- We sell drinks, toothbrushes, insect repellent, charcoal, firewood and other essentials.

- Campfires until 22:00
- Fires directly on the ground are prohibited. Use a fire pit, away from tents and not under tarps. Never leave a fire unattended and extinguish it fully before going to bed. Firewood is available at the shop.
- Quiet after 22:00
- Please be considerate of other guests. Use the lantern provided in your tent when moving around at night.
- Fireworks: designated parking area only, until 21:00
- Fireworks are prohibited at tent sites. Please use the designated area and be considerate of other guests.
- Check-out: 8:30–11:00
- Return your key to reception and please separate your waste. If your booking plan specifies different conditions, follow those conditions.

What should I bring?
Bring sleepwear and towels. For time outdoors, we also recommend clothing suited to the season, rain gear and insect repellent.
Are tableware and cooking utensils available?
Paper plates, paper cups and disposable chopsticks are provided. Knives, cutting boards, pots, ladles and frying pans are not available to borrow. If bringing food, plan your cooking method in advance.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Check your plan’s cancellation terms and make changes through the site where you booked. Contact the campsite if you need help.
Where can I find operating dates and rates?
These vary by season and date. Check NAP-CAMP for current plans and availability.

- Tent & Bedding
- A Nordisk Asgard tent with camp beds and sleeping bags for your party. Furniture arrangements change with the season.
- Lighting, cooling & seasonal equipment
- Rechargeable lanterns, a portable fridge/freezer and a portable air cooler are provided. Check your plan listing for winter electric carpets.
- BBQ & Fire Equipment
- A grill, cooking grate, tongs, 3 kg of charcoal, a portable gas stove and one gas cartridge are provided. A fire pit is available, but firewood is not included.
- Shared Facilities
- AC power, toilets with bidet seats, a waste collection area and a shop are available. Ask on site about their use.
- What to Bring
- Sleepwear, towels, spare clothes and clothing suited to the season. Toothbrush sets are sold separately. Bring the utensils you need if you plan to cook.
